ARC Rehab ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data when you use our website and services.

The site currently operates as an informational platform and does not automatically collect personal data. When the following features are activated, we may collect:

• Full name and phone number when booking an appointment
• Selected department and appointment details
• Chat messages submitted through the AI Triage Assistant (TriageBot)
• General usage data such as browser type and pages visited

We use collected data for the following purposes:

• Appointment confirmation and clinical communication
• Improving the quality of our digital services
• Responding to patient enquiries

We do not retain personal data beyond the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Saudi law. Appointment data is deleted once it is no longer operationally required, unless a longer retention period is mandated by regulation.

When active, the AI Triage Assistant (TriageBot) is powered by an API provided by Anthropic, Inc. Chat messages are processed on servers located outside Saudi Arabia. Conversations are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not sell or share personally identifiable patient data with any third party for commercial purposes.

We operate in compliance with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) at sdaia.gov.sa.
